Air conditioners are heavy and bulky goods. Delivery is therefore via freight forwarder with curbside delivery.

Delivery time begins upon receipt of the final payment. In case of delivery delays, we will inform you immediately by email.
Complete Package with Installation
When purchasing the complete package (device & shipping, installation arrangement ), shipping is included in the price. An installation technician will contact you after order receipt to arrange an appointment.
Transit Damage
Please check the delivery for visible damage upon handover. Transit damage must be noted immediately upon acceptance on the carrier's delivery note and reported to us within 24 hours at support@loewe-easycool.shop.
