Where does EasyCool by Loewe deliver to?
We deliver to all our delivery countries — free of charge. An overview of the available delivery countries can be found in the checkout.
How long does delivery take?
All devices are delivered by freight forwarder. After your order, you will receive a delivery date, which we will coordinate with you. This ensures that someone is on site for the delivery.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free — to all delivery countries, with no minimum order value.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have the legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the order confirmation. To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us in writing (e.g., by letter or email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
The device must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning the device at support@loewe-easycool.shop.
Who bears the cost of the return shipment?
In the event of a cancellation, we will process the order reversal at our expense. You will receive any payments already made without delay, at the latest within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used for your original transaction.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Klarna (invoice & instant bank transfer) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Do I receive an invoice?
Yes. An invoice with VAT shown will be automatically sent via email after purchase. Austrian customers pay 20% VAT, German customers 19% VAT.
My package arrived damaged - what should I do?
If your delivery is defective, you have the right to request a repair. If a repair is not possible, you can demand a price reduction or a full refund. We undertake to rectify any identified defects within a reasonable timeframe. Please contact us in this case at support@loewe-easycool.shop.

Below are some frequently asked questions about our products.
What is the difference between the EasyCool by Loewe device and a conventional split air conditioner?
A classic split air conditioner consists of two units: an indoor and an outdoor unit, which must be elaborately connected to each other. The EasyCool by Loewe device is a compact monoblock – a single unit that is fully mounted in the room on an exterior wall. No outdoor unit, no unsightly installation on the facade, and significantly simpler installation – with comparable performance and efficiency.
Can I install the device myself?
Yes, provided the necessary tools are available, and the relevant experience exists.
However, we recommend professional installation by a certified installer.
What maintenance is required?
The filters of the indoor unit should be cleaned every 2–3 weeks — this is easy to do yourself. We recommend a technical maintenance of the refrigerant circuit every 2 years by a specialist company.
What is the power consumption?
Thanks to its energy efficiency class A, consumption is very low. With an EER of 4.24 in cooling mode, the unit generates over 4 kilowatt-hours of cooling capacity for every kilowatt-hour of electricity consumed.
How long is the warranty?
All EasyCool by Loewe devices are covered by a one-year warranty. The warranty is valid for proper use and professional installation by a certified company.

What am I buying in the online shop?
In our online shop, you can purchase the EasyCool by Loewe air conditioner for €1,990 including delivery. Upon request, we can also connect you with a qualified installation partner.
Is installation included in the price of the appliance?
No. The price of the device in the shop is €1,990. If you would like to use our partner installation service, the standard installation fee is €360 – except for reinforced concrete.
What are the installation costs through your partners?
If you use our partner service, a standard fee of €360 applies for professional installation. Reinforced concrete is excluded; this requires a separate assessment.
Does the price of €360 always apply?
The €360 price generally applies to partner installation under standard building conditions. Reinforced concrete is excluded; in this case, a separate assessment is required beforehand.
Why should I choose partner assembly?
You save yourself the search for a suitable specialist company and benefit from a clearer pricing structure than with a completely independent organization. For standard construction conditions, the standard price for partner installation is €360. Reinforced concrete is an exception; this requires a separate assessment.
Can I order just the device?
Yes. You can also order the EasyCool by Loewe air conditioner without partner installation. In this case, you will need to arrange the installation yourself.
Who will carry out the assembly?
The installation will be carried out by a qualified specialist partner, whom we can put you in touch with upon request.
When will I find out the installation date?
If you choose partner installation, the assigned specialist partner will contact you after your order to coordinate the further process and a suitable date.
